Freezes with limits

Is Rookiely ZATCA compliant?
Yes, for Phase 2 (integration). Each branch onboards its own e-invoicing device; simplified invoices are reported, standard tax invoices are cleared, and every document carries its QR code. Anything that fails waits in one queue to be sent again.
Which ways to pay are supported?
Cash, card and transfer at the desk, and online through Moyasar: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and stc pay, plus Tamara to pay in instalments. Gateway fees and settlements are reconciled for you.
Do we need special hardware?
No, a modern browser is enough. Any tablet becomes a kiosk with its camera or a USB scanner; receipts print on 80 or 58 mm thermal printers, and invoices on A4.
Does it suit academies with several branches?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own tax details, time zone and drawers; a plan can be sold at some branches and used at others; staff see only the branches they’re given.
How do parents sign in?
On their academy’s own address, with their mobile number and a code by SMS, no passwords. A guardian switches between their children, pays, renews and shows the check-in code from their phone.
